LA: We're nearing the end. Only 2 chapters to go! : / Today we took our vocabulary quiz, read chapter 20 and worked on poetry. We're also still working hard on our figurative language examples.
HW: Finish comprehension questions and poetry. Don't forget book orders are due Friday.
Math: Friendly Number Fun today! Be sure to ask your child what a friendly number is and how they can help us with more difficult math problems.
HW: Math box and study link 2.7 are due tomorrow. Don't forget to complete journal page 47 as well. The review sheet will be due on Friday.
Social Studies: (Grannan) We read through the "Reading Further" section today and discussed the importance of Winter Counts. We're even making one of our own.
HW: The chapter 2 test will be given next Tuesday. This will also be the day that the quiz over the Southwest Region will be given. Be sure to check out the link below for extra practice.
