Well...It's Never Boring!

The Stars at Northpoint did an AMAZING job this morning when we were sent to our safe spots during the storm that rolled through Granger.  Although it was super stuffy and not the most comfortable arrangements, we were safe, everyone was well behaved and we rode out the storm together!

LA: After Music, we began to do some writing to help celebrate Red Ribbon Week before the storm alarm began, so we spent most of our time together in Music Room B.

HW: Weekly homework is due on Thursday.

Math: We continued learning about adding and subtracting decimals by working with money today.  We had a lot of fun exploring this concept while using a with drawl and deposit form.

HW: Math box, study link 4.6 and the extra sheet that were assigned today are all due tomorrow.

Red Ribbon Assembly-We had a great talk from Officer Redman, who is the Northpoint DARE Officer.  We also got to enjoy Mrs. Hapke getting a pie to the face for reaching our $10,000 goal in the fundraising drive.

We're keeping our fingers crossed for nicer weather tomorrow!
