Bring On The Weekend!

We've wrapped up another quick week here at Northpoint!  Don't forget parent teacher conferences will be held next week!  We're very excited to get to talk to everyone!  See you then!

10/27 Wednesday: Don't Expose your brain to Drugs - wear a hat.
10/28Thursday: Exercise your brain-wear a sports jersey, uniform, apparel or workout gear.
10/29 Friday: Give your mind a break NO School-FALL BREAK

LA: We had our usual assessments this morning along with music. We also spent time working on Safety Posters to promote playground safety.  Last but not least, we had a great BINGO review game to go over our Greek and Latin root words that we have been studying this year during Vocabulary Vine.

HW: None

Math: We were in the computer lab today to work in the Odyssey program. This is such an amazing program, that has individual students working in the area that they struggle with the most.

HW: None

Social Studies: (Grannan) We continued our tour of the Northeast-visiting the states of New York, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.  We made a stop in Hershey, Pennsylvania today to learn about mass production.  The students practiced mass producing Hershey Kisses.  We had a lot of fun!  Watch for a video of our time together on here very soon!
