Interesting Fact of the Day: The moon is one million times drier than the Gobi Desert.
LA: We continued to work on our novel study today. We spent today working on chapters 7-9, focusing on the skills of similes, view point, author's style, characterization, genre, irony, connotation, symbolism, point of view, imagery and main idea. We also continued with our grammar skill of possessive nouns.
HW: Journal entry and questions for chapters 7-9. Don't forget to study for your vocabulary test tomorrow.
Math: We learned about using percent circles to help us read and figure out circle graphs.
HW: Math box and study link 5.10.
